We have the Right Stuff – Tools, Equipment, Facility

We have the facility, equipment, color selection, quality-orientation and expertise to do the job the way it should be done. We are powder coating specialists who do a lot of automotive parts and are looking to do more.

We know how to handle your e parts from the moment they arrive. Pre-treatment and surface preparation is critical prior to powder coating. We are able to mask complex parts to prevent powder coat from going where it is not wanted like threaded holes or areas with very tight tolerances. The parts are then hung to minimize hook marks before powder application.

The actual powder coating is done by experienced technicians using the latest generation powder guns; many of our employees have been with us for 10+ years. Each and every part is inspected multiple times during the prep, powder coating and curing processes to ensure that every part that is done is done right.

Small garages or auto shops doing powder coating may have space limitations, use “hobby grade” coating guns to apply the powder and “kitchen grade” ovens to cure parts. This is highly problematic as these conditions can lead to cross-contamination of powders, inconsistent powder application, and improper curing – and a powder coat finish that flakes and degrades well before its time.
